Overview

CustomKBD Pty Ltd trading as Curated Cafe is a privately owned limited company operating independently within Australia. We ship directly from our own stock and do not use drop-shippers or external order-fulfilment. We do not operate any retail programmes through amazon, ebay or any other online shop other than curatedcafe.com.au

Sales Tax
Prices in AUD and are inclusive of all australian taxes. Sales prices are fixed for both domestic and international customers. We do not cover taxes incurred for international purchases. Please check with customs regarding import taxes in your own country if purchasing from overseas.

Shipping & Handling
We use express post, sendle (Couriers Please & aramex) and DHL to dispatch orders.

For orders going to a PO box or parcel collect that do not fit in an express post satchel, we will use standard post as our sendle couriers cannot use post to a PO box.

Returns
A 4% restocking fee applies to returns on unused items.

To return an unused item, simply send us an email or use our contact form and let us know why and what you would like to return to us. We will give you an address to return the item to, which is also shown on your invoice. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the item on receipt of your return. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred unless we sent the item to you in error. You will find the return address across the top of your receipt. We recommend using a recorded delivery method.

Items purchased in error and requiring a refund must be returned in their original condition with all packaging as you received them. For used items, we recommend referring to your local user group, ebay or classified ads.
